LARRY PFEIFER

Founder & Executive Chairman

With over 26 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, Larry Pfeifer is recognized as a leader in helping people and organizations to solve their IT and security-related issues. As a proud New Jersey native, Larry joined the Navy in 1993 and started a career in IT. After serving his country, he held positions at Widener University, Nortel, Philadelphia Stock Exchange, BlueCoat Systems, and CrowdStrike. Working as an end-user, manager, engineer, sales engineer, account manager, and sales manager has given Larry a 360-degree view of all sides of IT. Larry started Consortium with one goal—helping people. His altruistic views came from organizing a feeding the homeless program in Camden, NJ. From there, he founded Consortium Networks as an avenue to continue to help its members, partners and others. Larry resides in southern New Jersey and is active in his community, charities and family.

NATE UNGEROTT

Chief Executive Officer

Nate Ungerott has over 20 years of experience growing and scaling solution providers in cybersecurity. Nate currently serves as CEO of Consortium Networks, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and scaling of the organization, GTM, solution development, and business operations. Prior to Consortium Networks, Nate spent over 16 years at Optiv, a cybersecurity advisory and solutions integrator, where he was most recently Executive Vice President of Sales. In addition to sales and executive leadership roles at Optiv, Nate led Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions, playing an integral role in helping scale the company from $50m to over $3.5B. Nate also serves as a board member and treasurer at Kateswell, a non-profit focused on assisting cancer patients in Ohio during their treatment journey.
ANDREW BARNETT

ANDREW BARNETT

Chief Technology Officer

Andrew Barnett is the Chief Technology Officer at Consortium Networks, where he drives the technological vision and execution for the company. Prior to joining Consortium Networks, Andrew served as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Service Integrators at Qualys, where he revitalized partner strategies and go-to-market approaches. Before that, he served as a Senior Manager at Deloitte, leading IT risk and security management consulting services for Fortune 500 clients and pioneering breach and attack simulation solutions. His career journey also includes impactful roles such as Vice President of Business Development at Verodin (now Mandiant Security), Senior Director of Portfolio Programs at Optiv, and network infrastructure roles at esteemed companies like McKesson and News Corp. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University. He now resides in San Antonio, Texas with his family.
JONATHAN SABATINI

JONATHAN SABATINI

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Jonathan Sabatini leads all revenue generating activities focusing on developing strategies, managing sales channels, and identifying market opportunities to drive revenue growth while maximizing profitability. He brings a holistic and forward-thinking approach to revenue strategy and people leadership, while keeping client priorities front and center. Prior to joining Consortium, Jonathan led Area Sales in the East for Strategic accounts for several years at Optiv. During his tenure, he was consistently recognized for achieving material growth targets across several accounts, while also helping shape and execute on some of Optiv’s critical go-to-market initiatives. Jonathan received a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Digital Media from Loyola University Maryland.
JONATHAN KOOPMAN

JONATHAN KOOPMAN

Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan Koopman is Chief Financial Officer at Consortium Networks, where he partners with the executive leadership team to shape the company’s strategic direction and drive financial performance. He oversees all core financial functions, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, risk management, and corporate development.

Jonathan brings extensive experience across the technology and cybersecurity sectors. He spent five years at RoundTower Technologies, a systems integrator, where he played a key role in supporting growth through strong financial leadership and operational discipline. He later served as CFO at Merlin Cyber, a cybersecurity solutions provider, before going on to serve as Chief Financial Officer at Coretek Services, where he led financial strategy and operations for a high-growth technology services organization.

He began his career at Ernst & Young, working across both Assurance and Transaction Advisory practices. Jonathan is a CPA (inactive) and holds an MBA from Indiana University, a Master’s in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor’s in Finance from Xavier University.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Erin, and their four children.

Executive Vice President, Go-To-Market

Bill Buckalew is Executive Vice President of Go-To-Market at Consortium Networks, where he leads overall market strategy and revenue generation while continuing to oversee the company’s strategic partner ecosystem. In this role, he drives joint go-to-market initiatives across the cybersecurity landscape, aligning alliances, sales, marketing, and services to accelerate growth and expand client value.

With decades of experience across information technology, cybersecurity, and manufacturing, Bill is known for building high-impact partnerships and translating alliance opportunities into scalable, repeatable go-to-market motions. He has a strong track record of aligning technology partners, sales teams, and delivery organizations to deliver measurable business outcomes, strengthen market positioning, and drive revenue growth.

Prior to Consortium, Bill served as Worldwide Channel Chief at SecurityScorecard and previously as Vice President of Sales Go-To-Market and Partner Alliances at Optiv, where he led global partner strategy and helped scale a multi-billion-dollar business. Earlier in his career, he co-owned and served as Chief Operating Officer of Comm Solutions Company, leading its growth through acquisition.

A United States Marine Corps veteran, Bill brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership, combining strategic thinking with a deep commitment to operational excellence and team success.

CHARLES IANNUZZELLI

President, Metrics That Matter®

Charles Iannuzzelli is President of Metrics That Matter® (MTM®) at Consortium Networks, where he leads the strategy, growth, and execution of the company’s cyber risk quantification platform. In this role, he is responsible for scaling MTM® as a core driver of client value, helping organizations translate cybersecurity investments into measurable business outcomes.

With more than three decades of experience, Charles is a seasoned business and technology executive known for building and operating high-growth organizations. His expertise spans cyber risk management, consulting, and go-to-market leadership, with a strong focus on helping clients mature their cybersecurity programs and align security initiatives to business priorities.

Prior to his current role, Charles served as Chief Operating Officer and Cyber Executive for Metrics That Matter®, where he played a key role in operationalizing the platform and expanding its market impact. He previously held leadership positions at BitSight Technologies and Sungard Availability Services, where he led North America consulting and drove go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and portfolio growth. Earlier in his career, he held leadership and consulting roles across organizations including QVC, where he led enterprise application transformation initiatives.

Charles is known for his purpose-driven leadership style, deep operational expertise, and ability to build high-performing teams focused on execution, growth, and measurable results.
