Backed by a strategic investment from M|C Partners, we are scaling our CrowdStrike practice rapidly and looking for a proven leader who can drive both technical delivery and revenue growth. Our Concierge way of working sets us apart: attitude, consistency, service, and teamwork.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior CrowdStrike Solutions Leader to serve as a player—coach who can both deliver world—class CrowdStrike Falcon platform solutions and drive new business. This is a hybrid role — approximately 50% client delivery and technical leadership, 50% pre—sales, business development, and revenue generation. You will be the face of Consortium’s CrowdStrike practice: architecting solutions, leading engagements, closing deals, and expanding our footprint with enterprise clients.
This role is ideal for someone who has lived on both sides of the cybersecurity business — hands—on technical delivery and client—facing sales — and refuses to choose between the two. You will have direct influence on the growth trajectory of our most important practice area. You will also have direct influence on ensuring that CrowdStrike platform cybersecurity investments prove value to our clients.
What You’ll Do: Delivery & Technical Leadership (50%)
- Serve as the Senior CrowdStrike Falcon platform authority for Consortium’s client base, leading solution design, deployment, optimization, and incident response engagements
- Architect and deliver CrowdStrike solutions spanning endpoint detection and response (EDR), extended detection and response (XDR), Identity Protection, Next—Gen SIEM, Cloud Security, SaaS Security and Application Security risk reviews
- Stay current on CrowdStrike product roadmap, emerging threat landscape, and competitive positioning to maintain Champion Expert—level technical authority
- Drive measurable client outcomes using Consortium's Metrics That Matter® performance model, demonstrating ROI on CrowdStrike investments and contributing to practice—level thought leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of CrowdStrike—focused consultants and engineers, building bench depth and technical capability across the practice
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks, deployment standards, and best practices for the CrowdStrike Center of Excellence
What You’ll Do: Sales & Business Development (50%)
- Drive new revenue through identification, qualification, and closure of CrowdStrike solution opportunities with enterprise clients
- Lead the full pre—sales cycle: discovery, scoping, solution architecture, proof—of—value demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of CrowdStrike opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and deal progression in CRM
- Develop executive—level relationships with CISOs, Cybersecurity leadership, and IT leadership at target accounts through consultative, value—based selling
- Collaborate with CrowdStrike’s direct sales and partner teams on deal registration, co—selling motions, and joint go—to—market initiatives through the Accelerate Partner Program
- Maximize revenue per client by positioning Consortium’s full services portfolio: Falcon optimization, managed services, professional services, and ongoing security advisory services
- Represent Consortium at CrowdStrike Fal.Con, regional cybersecurity conferences, and industry events as a thought leader and brand ambassador
- Grow existing client relationships through renewals, upsell of additional CrowdStrike modules, and expansion of services engagements
