Role Overview

As a Sr. Cybersecurity Consultant at Consortium Networks, you will play a pivotal role in driving the design and delivery of innovative security solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, with a primary focus on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. Leveraging your deep expertise in CrowdStrike products, you will advise clients on architecture, platform strategy, and implementation methodologies to optimize CrowdStrike across their cybersecurity programs.

You will own the implementation and integration of CrowdStrike products in client environments, deliver complex engagements across multiple Falcon modules, and mentor junior engineers as they develop their craft. You will be a technical authority — trusted by clients and colleagues alike — with the communication skills to translate complex security concepts into clear business value.

This is a full-time remote position with minimal travel — approximately 10% annually. Travel is encouraged for SKO, mid-year team meetings, and select client engagements. Speaking opportunities at Fal.Con and other industry events are available and encouraged.

Areas of Focus

We are hiring for expertise in one or more of the following Falcon platform specializations. Deep expertise in at least one area is required; breadth across multiple areas is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a senior technical resource and trusted advisor for clients deploying and optimizing the CrowdStrike Falcon platform
  • Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of Falcon modules across NG-SIEM, AI Security, Cloud Security, and Identity Protection workstreams
  • Deliver complex, multi-workstream engagements from kick-off through knowledge transfer and handoff
  • Participate or lead Pre-Sales activities working directly with top tier customers.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality client deliverables including design documents, runbooks, policy frameworks, and change management guides
  • Collaborate with Consortium’s CrowdStrike Center of Excellence to develop reusable frameworks, toolkits, and CoE content
  • Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing technical guidance and structured feedback on their development
  • Represent Consortium in technical conversations with CrowdStrike field teams, participate in pre-sales scoping, and contribute to proposal development
  • Stay current on CrowdStrike product releases, new modules, and emerging threat trends — and bring that knowledge back to the team and to clients
  • Contribute to internal knowledge management, documentation, and Consortium CoE playbooks

Required Qualifications

  • Expert-level knowledge of CrowdStrike Falcon products, their implementation, configuration, and day-to-day operation

  • Demonstrated experience delivering security engagements in large enterprise environments (10,000+ endpoints preferred)
  • Deep technical knowledge in at least one of: NG-SIEM / SIEM architecture, AI security tooling, cloud workload protection, or identity and access management
  • Hands-on experience with networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory)
  • Experience designing and implementing cybersecurity strategies aligned to NIST CSF or equivalent frameworks
  • Ability and genuine desire to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable presenting to both technical stakeholders and executive audiences
  • Experience managing API integrations and building or consuming security tool integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with network traffic analysis tools such as Corelight or comparable NTA platforms
  • Experience with deception technology platforms such as Acalvio or Thinkst Canary
