Job Summary

We're looking for a senior individual contributor who bridges technology and business process. This person will own our core business systems end to end, partner directly with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and Legal to improve how work gets done, and personally build and/or assist in AI-driven automation to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy across the organization.

This is a hands-on role — a successful candidate will understand why a process exists, can redesign it when it's broken, and can personally configure or build the technical solution (including AI/automation tools) to support it.

Currently, our business runs on an integration of Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ), NetSuite, Jira, Conga, and Celigo, that need constant care. A successful candidate will understand deal flows from a Salesforce opportunity through CPQ and Conga into NetSuite, and be trusted to maintain, improve, optimize, or automate. This role will require moving between configuration work, process design conversations with stakeholders, and building automation (including AI-driven tools).

This role suits a candidate who's equally comfortable being asked “can you build this” and “why does this process work this way” — someone who doesn't just maintain systems, we want a continuous improvement mindset who actively looks for what's broken, inefficient, or ripe for automation, and takes the initiative to fix it.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of our core business systems: Salesforce, Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ), NetSuite, Jira, Conga, and Celigo, plus supporting Cloud Marketplace environments.
  • Partner with business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Ops, IT) to map current-state processes, identify bottlenecks, and design improved workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions — configuration, integrations, custom objects/fields, workflows, and automation.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI (e.g., LLM-based automation, intelligent document processing, workflow copilots) to streamline quote-to-cash, lead-to-order, approvals, and other cross-functional processes.
  • Design, build, and maintain integration flows between systems (Salesforce ↔ NetSuite ↔ Conga ↔ Jira, etc.) primarily using Celigo (integrator.io), ensuring clean data flow, error handling, and minimal manual reconciliation.
  • Own end-to-end process fluency across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay — able to trace an issue from a Salesforce opportunity through CPQ, Conga, and into NetSuite.
  • Own system governance: user access, data integrity, license management, and change control across the systems landscape.
  • Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and migrations, including vendor evaluation and rollout planning.
  • Build and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs for business systems and processes.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years administering and configuring Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) in a production quote-to-cash environment.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration, including familiarity with core financial and order management modules.
  • Experience building and maintaining integrations using Celigo (integrator.io) or a comparable iPaaS platform.
  • Working knowledge of Conga (CLM/document generation) and Jira administration.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation tools (LLM-based workflows, intelligent document processing, RPA, or similar) to real business processes, not just familiarity with the concept.
  • Strong process mapping and business analysis skills — able to run stakeholder workshops and translate ambiguous requirements into a clear technical design.
  • Comfort operating independently as the primary owner of a multi-system landscape, without a large supporting team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to move fluidly between technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business systems, revenue operations, or systems administration role.
  • Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, NetSuite Administrator, Celigo certifications).
  • Prior experience in a company with commission-based or complex compensation structures, and familiarity with how that complexity flows through quote-to-cash and payroll-adjacent systems, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying closely aligned with cross-functional stakeholders.
