Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, curious, and driven Marketing & GTM Intern to join our growing go-to-market team. You will work alongside a collaborative team that is invested in your growth and genuinely enjoys what they do. This internship offers hands-on exposure across field marketing, sales enablement, website design, and demand generation — giving you a real-world foundation across the full marketing and revenue stack. You will contribute to live campaigns, build sales assets, support events, and help shape the digital presence of a fast-moving cybersecurity company.


Key Responsibilities

FIELD MARKETING & DEMAND GENERATION

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of field events, trade shows, and partner activations
  • Support pre- and post-event logistics including registration management, materials prep, and attendee follow-up
  • Help build and manage event landing pages, registration forms, and email invitations in HubSpot
  • Track field marketing performance metrics and compile post-event recap reports
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

SALES ENABLEMENT

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales collateral including one-pagers, battle cards, solution briefs, and pitch decks
  • Help organize and update the sales content library to ensure reps have accurate, on-brand materials
  • Support the development of onboarding and training materials for the sales team
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to gather feedback on content effectiveness and identify gaps
  • Assist in building and refining email templates, call scripts, and objection-handling guides

WEBSITE DESIGN & DIGITAL PRESENCE

  • Support updates and improvements to the company website including copy edits, page builds, and asset uploads
  • Assist in designing landing pages, campaign pages, and gated content experiences using HubSpot CMS or similar tools
  • Conduct basic SEO audits and assist with on-page optimization recommendations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on visual design needs including graphics, social assets, and digital ads
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and marketing materials

CONTENT & CAMPAIGNS

  • Contribute to the development of blog posts, social media content, email nurture copy, and campaign messaging
  • Assist with the execution of multi-touch marketing campaigns from concept through deployment
  • Support HubSpot list management, workflow builds, and campaign tracking setup
  • Help monitor campaign performance data and pull reports on key metrics including open rates, click rates, and pipeline influence
  • Conduct competitive and market research to inform messaging and positioning

AI & AUTOMATION

  • Identify repetitive or manual marketing tasks that are strong candidates for automation
  • Design and build AI-powered workflows or tools to streamline processes such as content creation, lead routing, and campaign reporting
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to test, refine, and document AI solutions that integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, and other platforms
  • Support the development of AI-assisted content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization capabilities

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and the buyer journey
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Canva or Adobe tools a plus
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills with a strong eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude, creative mindset, and genuine motivation to learn
  • Comfort working with data and an interest in performance measurement and reporting
  • Basic familiarity with website platforms, CMS tools, or HTML/CSS a plus

PREFERRED

  • Prior internship or work experience in a marketing, communications, or sales support role
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Experience building or editing web pages using a CMS such as HubSpot, WordPress, or Webflow
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents or automated workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
  • Exposure to B2B marketing, technology, or cybersecurity environments
