What you’ll do:

We are looking for an experienced, full-time Cybersecurity Consultant to lead complex client engagements and drive impactful solutions across a diverse range of cybersecurity domains focused on solutions powered by CrowdStrike technology. Leveraging your expertise in CrowdStrike products and implementation, you will advise clients on architecture, platform strategy, and methodologies to optimize CrowdStrike within their cybersecurity programs. You will oversee the implementation and integration of CrowdStrike products in client environments, ensuring the successful delivery of security initiatives across cyber programs. This is a full-time remote position with minimal travel of 10% annually. Travel is encouraged for SKO, mid-year meetings, and as needed customer engagements.

Essential Responsibilities:

Client Advisory and Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their cybersecurity challenges and delivering tailored recommendations.
  • Lead workshops, executive briefings, and roadmap discussions to align technology investments with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, CISOs, and executive leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Solution Architecture and Delivery

Design and implement customized cybersecurity solutions, focusing on key domains such as:

  • Endpoint Protection (CrowdStrike): Optimization, implementation, and ongoing management through our Center of Excellence.
  • Observability and SIEM Services: Assist on Cribl Log Stream migrations, SIEM deployments, tuning, and SOC operationalization.
  • IAM Solutions: Ability to identity strategies and deploy platforms like Okta, Ping Identity, and Azure AD.
  • Cloud Security: Understanding of how to secure cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with workload protection, compliance frameworks, and governance strategies.
  • Data Security: Enhance data protection with encryption, DLP, and secure governance frameworks.
  • Oversee the execution of key cybersecurity services, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measurable client outcomes.

Thought Leadership and Team Collaboration

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform client solutions and internal strategies.
  • Mentor junior consultants and internal teams, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence.
  • Represent Consortium Networks in industry forums, webinars, and client-facing events to establish thought leadership.

Qualifications:

Experience and Expertise

  • 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, solution architecture, related roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-domain cybersecurity projects for Fortune 100 clients.
  • Expertise across multiple core cybersecurity domains, including Endpoint, Network, IAM, Cloud Security, and Data Security.

Technical Proficiency

Intermediate knowledge of:

  • IAM: Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, and identity governance.
  • Cloud Security: AWS, Azure, and GCP security tools and frameworks.
  • Data Security: Encryption, DLP, and CASB solutions.
  • Core platforms: CrowdStrike, Cribl, Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, and Zscaler.
  • Network and Edge Security: Zero Trust frameworks, NTA, SASE/SSE architectures, and advanced SOC workflows.
  • Deception Technology: Acalvio, Thinkst Canary, and other industry leading platforms.

Certifications (Preferred)

  • Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PCNSE, CCFA, or cloud certifications (AWS Security Specialty, Azure Security Engineer).
  • CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Admin (CCFA)

Sales Enablement and Pre-Sales Support (Optional)

  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during the sales cycle.
  • Develop proposals, RFP responses, and presentations that articulate Consortium’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Deliver technical workshops and demonstrations to showcase innovative solutions and address client pain points.

Work Environment

Work is performed primarily in a remote home-office, however, can be performed in group office settings, on Zoom, and other physical/in-person locations as deemed necessary by the company.
